I set it aside for a week or two. When I picked it up again, I ended up getting sucked in like at high tide and couldn't come up for air (nor did I want to). The secrets uncovered, th... See more

The story is quite full of surprises. Just when I thought I had things figured out, there was a new twist to the story. There were some loose ends implied, but not tied up neatly and clearly as I would prefer.

Good clean book with just the right amount of adventure, romance, & fun. You can still have a great Christian book without it being preachy.

I loved this story and it is such a blessing, my take on the message is let go and let God. We get in our own way much too often.

This is the first book that I've read by this author. I had a hard time getting into it at first and disliked the references to a reality show for a role model. But I liked the ending very much and Tara finding her faith.

I loved the story , hated the transitions. From one paragraph to the next could be a whole scene change. I try not to be a perfectionist but there were more than a few typos. Otherwise, completely worth reading. Pacing was good. Character development was natural. I plan to read the other two books on the series!!!
