Getting your books to you!
Digital Products (Ebooks, Audiobooks, PDF Guides)
Digital products are delivered instantly via email through our partner BookFunnel immediately after your purchase is complete. You'll receive:
- A confirmation email with your download link
- Instructions for accessing your files on any device
Don't see your email? Check your spam or promotions folder. Still can't find it? Email us at Help@BookFunnel.com and we'll resend it right away.
Physical Products (Paperback Books)
Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, you'll receive:
- A confirmation email with tracking information
- Delivery via USPS or other reputable delivery service
Shipping Costs:
- All books shipped via USPS Media Mail or other economy pricing
Busy Seasons
During holidays and special promotions, please allow an extra 2-3 business days for processing. We'll always keep you updated if there are any delays!
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at info@juliecarobini.com so we can help resolve the issue.
