There are redemption stories all through here. But Jake and Gaby will rescue each other I am sure. And Sweet Thing will be there whenever Gaby needs her. I believe the sea lion is her angel.

Who will win Gaby's love? When Gaby turns to God, fully trusting Him, will all the negatives in her life finally calm down. Reaching out to others is not always easy but it can sometimes provide a sense of relief and calm life's anxious moments so you can make considered decisions that will take you in the right direction.

A good balance of laughs, smiles, and a few sweet tears. The characters came alive..the setting was perfect. Well written narrative...I was sorry it was over. I will definitely read more of Corobini's novels.

This is my first time reading this author and I'm in love! The characters were just like old friends you can't wait to talk to. I loved and appreciated the Christian values she wove into her story. I will be reading all of her books for sure!!

A gentle, entertaining read. I love how well the author helps me picture each character and their surroundings. I enjoyed sharing the emotions of each of them as well. I wish I could share the chocolates too!

Loved this book - very hard to put down. I love chocolate - so could empathize with Gaby and her love for truffles. It is a great story as Gaby learns to not believe everything that she hears - and finds her future in surprising ways!
